1. Delivery Areas

We offer door-to-door delivery across all Emirates, including:

• Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.

• Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

2. Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE Delivery on all orders above [e.g., 200 AED].

3. Delivery Timeline

• Dubai & Sharjah: 1 - 2 Business Days.

• Other Emirates: 2 - 4 Business Days.

• Please note: Orders placed on Fridays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or Email with a tracking link from our courier partner. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

5. Delivery Process

• Our courier partner will contact you via phone or SMS to coordinate the best delivery time.

• Please ensure your Mobile Number and Physical Address (Building name, Villa/Apartment number, Area) are accurate to avoid delays.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD), please have the exact amount ready for the courier agent.

6. Missed Deliveries
