At Aosbro Sports, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for your fitness accessories.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (with tags still attached).

  • Items such as used gym gloves or wraps cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed.

    • For Bank Deposits/Prepaid, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a store credit or bank transfer (Please note: COD handling fees are non-refundable).

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by Aosbro Sports, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee (standard rate across UAE applies).
